Mental health is a major issue of our times. One in four young people experience a mental health disorder, but only one in three of them access any professional help. helps young people make sense of their mental and emotional health, feel more connected and take control of their own help-seeking.

To do so, it is critical that young people are aware of through schools, Facebook, places frequented by young people, and media coverage.

One of the main objectives of this project is to increase the mental health and wellbeing of young people in WA by providing resources to help teachers and schools to feel confident in introducing well being exercises (that support and improve mental health) into their lessons.

United Ways throughout Australia and the world are being called upon to provide leadership and support to the community.
